Im in the middle of improving my luck based deck (mostly luck based). here's the SS of my deck

one major card you are missing: Snipe Hunter. He will be key in decimating ur opponents field

He does have snipe hunter in Light

Only know that coz I dueled him lol

My bad, i missed it when i was taking an overview of the pictures lol. Well then, i cant think of anything

my luck deck got pwned the other day. TuT i kept getting 1's and 2's

That's the only problem with a luck deck especially a dice deck. You have little chance to get the number you want. I do have a suggestion instead if a dice deck why not make a coin deck? They you will reduce the probability to 1/2 as its only head it tails (arcana force is a good example and you could also add some other coin monsters like jurai in and spells/traps) also I suggest adding time wizard in.

suck at flipping coins. except IRL. IRL i can will the coin to show the face i want

have a better chance in dice rolls plus it gives more excitement while playing
