I think you made a mistake in the typin out of things, should be 'Monsters in the selected zones cannot be tributed' and you said it was judgment dragon and light xD

change control 1: give your opponent a monster to activate some effect on your field like vengeful servant 2: give them a monster so that you can attack say you have #17 with out any xyz units 3: give them a monster so that they can tribute/attack with it so you can activate a spell/trap/monster effect

lol yea i copied the jd thread and didnt change all the things xD
there is alot of ways to make use of your opponent having a monster on the field, but mostly because with 3 blocked space and a pest dragon there is only 1 space left and for a deck that runs lvl 8s like probably dragons should be able to go over 2700 atk
